To pay for your order and its immediate execution without additional procedures and without payment costs, you can make the payment to your bank via web banking or mobile apps.

 

There are no payment costs, as long as the bank is Greek and you choose to pay via web banking or phone banking or your bank’s app and not in a physical store. Applies to all Greek banks.

  • Bank Deposit orders are on hold for 3 business days. If payment does not appear on the account with the order ID then they are cancelled.

Yes. All prices listed on VANESI’S SECRETS include the statutory VAT of the country based on the customer’s IP, and on the checkout page they include the statutory VAT of the customer’s destination country.

Shipping & Returns

  • We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 18:00, we try to ship on the same day. However, this is not always possible. Sometimes the products are not available and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for any reason, this is the case with your order, we will of course let you know as soon as possible.
  • Delivery is via General Post. Generally, delivery will be made on the next or following business day between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Up to 2 kg charge €3.90, each additional kg charge €0.90.

For Hard-to-reach Areas, the fee is proportionally reduced as follows: €0-40 cost €5.90,

€40.01-60 costs €3.90, €60.01-69.99 €2.90 and from €70 and above shipping is free.

  • Yes, economic shipping is free for orders over €40 for orders within Greece (except for Hard-to-reach Areas which are from €70).

Shipping process

The shipping process at vanesis.gr is done with the following steps:

1 Your order is collected at our warehouse
2 Your order is placed and packed well
3 Your order will be picked up by our courier
4a Your order will be delivered to your designated shipping address
4b Your order will be delivered to your service point. Note! Must be identified.

Check immediately after receiving the order if it is intact and complete. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible to report this.

I have not received a delivery receipt

It is possible that your spam filter is active and filtering our delivery receipt. We recommend that you check your spam filter settings and, if necessary, adjust them. Also, check that you have entered the correct email address.

Missing Products

In case you have ordered one or more items but have not received them, please contact us, we will be happy to help you.

You received the wrong products

In the event that you have received one or more items that you did not order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (withdrawal period).
  • The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party, who may not be a courier but may have been appointed by the customer, takes possession of the products. In case of ordering different items to be delivered separately, 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party who may be a courier but may be assigned by the customer, takes possession of the products.
  • In order to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to inform VANESI’S of his decision to withdraw from the contract with an explicit statement (via the withdrawal form (1) by post or email: hello@vanesis.gr). For this purpose he must complete the withdrawal form. If the customer decides to withdraw, VANEISI’S will send him an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal statement (by post or electronically).
  • In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the cancellation statement before the deadline.
  • If the customer withdraws from the contract, all payments made to VANESI’S will be refunded within 14 days of VANESI’S being informed of the withdrawal (excluding shipping costs and minimum order quantity charges). . These refunds will be made to the same payment method that the customer used to place their order, unless expressly stated otherwise. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received or the customer confirms that the goods have been returned.
  • The customer is obliged to return the goods to VANESI’S. This must be done without culpable delay within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice and after receiving confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice from VANESI’S. The withdrawal period is deemed to have been met if the customer has dispatched the goods before the expiry of the 14 days. The direct costs of the return are borne by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for any depreciation of the goods due to handling, if this exceeds what is necessary to determine the characteristics, nature and nature of the products.
  • The customer cannot under any circumstances exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons and which have been opened after delivery.
